I'm a python noob so yeah technically a nested loop but I'm looking at how to load essentially a list of urls then append each line of a second list against the first so. list 1; http://blah.com ,https://t.co/sMgJ4q4URF,https://t.co/IoSZpFRet4 list2: file1, file2, file3

and output to be like: http://blah.com/file1 http://blah.com/file2 http://blah.com/file3 http://blah2.com/file1 etc
