In Unity: How often do you guys use "Tag", when parsing for objects? Is there a perf hit?

@DaveVoyles usually when I've used a tag it ends up getting restructured to a layer or component later, so now I don't bother -
@mvinetwork Is it faster to search by name, as opposed to tags?
