@DaveVoyles Never. That's the point of the pool, they're always available and don't cause any garbage collection.
When is a good time to remove ammo/weapons from a pool? I'm thinking it's best when they are immediately off screen but....? Better alt?

@DaveVoyles I like to allow a time buffer to support backtracking, slow movement: once offscreen, start timer: 15secs then destroy. -

@DaveVoyles Offscreen stuff doesn't have to be removed, merely deactivated. I like weapons and ammo to stay where it fell, in case I return. -
