@DaveVoyles I mean, cutting phase. Opposite of bulking. Is soreness the only sign you’re not ready to work certain parts? Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@DaveVoyles My week goes like: back/chest, bi/tri, legs/shoulderss, repeat, rest (Sunday). Those six days, I warm up with 40 min…Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@DaveVoyles my concern is how I’ve chosen each day. Like should I not put bi/tri day right after chest/back?Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@DaveVoyles Or should I re-plan the whole thing and do the chest/tri and back/bi thing? -
@The1RyanGunn people go with either. I switch or up. I did chest/back in the same day this week. Concentric (opposite) muscle groups.

@DaveVoyles Switching to the latter will give me more recovery since I’m hitting things twice a week, but at the cost of working chest w/triThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
