Looking at meal plans for gaining muscle mass... 10 egg whites for breakfast? Three cups of rice? So much food, part of me is happy.
@EvolveTom Honestly, I've found that to be irrelevant in most cases. As long as you eat tons of protein and run, you'll be fine.
