Looking at meal plans for gaining muscle mass... 10 egg whites for breakfast? Three cups of rice? So much food, part of me is happy.
@EvolveTom Basically: Eat WAY MORE than you think. *BUT* mostly protein, which is difficult b/c so much food is just carbs carbs carbs

@DaveVoyles Yeah, that's what I reckon. The tough part for me is the fat. Can't get a good grip on how much healthy fat I can eat. -
@EvolveTom Honestly, I've found that to be irrelevant in most cases. As long as you eat tons of protein and run, you'll be fine. - Show replies
