If you get the job done they’re paying you to do and by the time it needs to be done, when you show up and how long you’re there shouldn’t matter

Ok, but then employers are stealing if they don’t pay OT or bonuses, right? Sauce for the goose and gander.

What if I come late and I am very productive? What if I am actually beneficial to the company and contributes so much regardless of my showing up latepic.twitter.com/RSsKDbs2MB

Message is correct (stealing from an employer is wrong) but the example is weaker these days. Time is a terrible metric of employee value especially in salary jobs. If you show up on time but suck at what you do, you’re not worth much. “Late” is specific to employer expectations.

#Things that change your life in one year: 1. Stop complaining and appreciate how lucky you are every day. 2. Commit to the goals you set and never look back. 3. Say goodbye to the people that don’t bring positive energy into your life. 4. Sweat every day to boost your mood.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
