That's an unreachable standard though. There are literal *saints* that couldn't and didn't live up to that standard. As something to aspire to, you aren't going to find better, you just aren't ever going to reach it.

I thought they meant LITERALLY spicy meatballs; he took a risk and bought a small chilli, sliced it into the food, and forgot to warn his wife that there might be spice in there, so felt really guilty about it for months afterwards....
