I am too hot! As in my body temperature is too high. As in the temperature is elevated beyond the norm. English is too ambiguous.

Do you mean "hot" as in "very warm" or "hot" as in "very attractive". Also, the "it" factor has significance here: what "it" are you referring to?

Humans are great at understanding the ambiguity of language in context. "It's hot out" or "It's uncomfortably hot" with no other cues is likely to be interpreted as a comment about the environment or weather. You're just being difficult, because you're overheated and cranky. ;)
