There are three kinds of problems:
1) ones take equally long to solve as they did to form
2) ones that take less time to solve than the time it took for the problem to form
3) ones that take longer to solve than form
Thoughts? Interesting? Obvious? #theory

I think that time to form and time to resolve are independent. Why connect these facets with a time variable? What are you trying to quantify? Complexity? Ease of solution? Wickedness? Why important to know time of formation? Is time to detect a better metric? Time to define?
