My are set to auto, often only when charging, but if you unplug charging once the updates have started, they'll continue.

Just curious: from where you live, if you throw your phone really hard, aren't the odds good you'll hit a member of the iOS/Android team?

Would be possible but difficult from where I live. Would be probable even inevitable from where I work.

yeah, I'm amazed Android does this still. Happens all the time when my client Twitter client updates when I'm reading in bed. Fix it?

Happened to me in iOS before, thankfully nothing destructive. Haven't ran into it on Android yet?
