Is it a map app's responsibility to change behavior which may change individual health, for better (weight loss?) or worse (joint injury?)
The org’s values create the decision framework. If the org values health or environment, yes. If not, then no.
What if users don't want the org's values to surface in a product? What if users don't want health data in maps? Whose values prevail?
To your point about not serving everyone: orgs have to know who they are. Whole Foods loses the audience that wants to buy Cap’n Crunch.
