Phones: stop prioritizing WiFi connections when it requires sign on. I want to follow my link, not get interrupted by a hotel or Starbucks.
The intercept is less intrusive when people need to save on mobile data. Knowing if that is a concern complicates this suggested rule.

FYI, use case e.g. is preparing to drive. I want, say, internet radio during drive but in hotel parking lot, insists on using WiFi.
