I'm experimenting w/using the Physical Web when giving a talk, pointing to a 'Notes Page" with links to everything in the deck. Other ideas?
@scottjenson like a real-time dashboard of how people are responding to the talk - I can monitor their interest, needs, and satisfaction...

@DaveHogue Have you seen this demo we made? It's there for 'spot check' instant questions of the audiencehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SDJrRk3YC8 … -
@scottjenson No, had not seen that. Voting is cool, but wouldn't more interaction be desired? And how do handle a clutter of local pages? -
@DaveHogue That demo is for "left or right?" type questions. It was a UX experiment to be as instant as possible. Much more to try of course -
@scottjenson I've always wanted my talks to be more like teaching (crafted in the moment with attendees) and less like scripted broadcasts. -
@DaveHogue I think that's exactly right. TBH, there's a risk using phones could get in the way, reducing eye-contact & human connection -
@scottjenson at first, yes, but behaviors evolve with tech - it would become a new way to "converse" - we'd adapt with it. -
@DaveHogue These are exciting ideas. I'd like to keep talking & push it a bit further. Great if we had a better platform to experiment with
