@DaveHogue I had a similar issue with them at Heathrow. Phone cust service was pointless. I eventually resolved it over Twitter and got $.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
@MikeStandish I've made the same discovery. I've got 10 luggage-less days in London - plenty of time to make enough noise. Wish me luck!
