Hey @british_airways, my bag went missing on your LHR carousel (report filed), but now I'm in London for 10 days with nothing. Help, please.
In other words, @British_Airways offers no customer services for baggage lost or stolen while under your care?

@DaveHogue Check your credit card, may have insurance covering that situation too. Or other travel insurance. -

@DaveHogue Yeah I know. But I no with my policy/credit card, that's actually not a difficult fight. More just a process of submitting.

@DaveHogue I had a similar issue with them at Heathrow. Phone cust service was pointless. I eventually resolved it over Twitter and got $. -
@MikeStandish I've made the same discovery. I've got 10 luggage-less days in London - plenty of time to make enough noise. Wish me luck!
