#UX scenario exercise: Janelle requests a ride from community rideshare, but doesn’t want to specify destination. Cases?
@ddt are there explicit constraints on requests? e.g., no member may request trips farther than 100 km from pickup?

@DaveHogue Not explicit, but it’s a timebank, which are all highly local and community-based (if that helps). And free sharing, not for pay. -
@ddt It helps to know the user's explicit or inferred understanding of "how it works" to plan for incomplete requests. -
@DaveHogue Background: #1 use case in timebank transportshare is elderly neighbor needing ride to doctor, pick up Rx. -
@ddt This might be having to pre-pay into the timebank then work it off later. An advance credit system with payback methods. -
@DaveHogue oh, sorry I wasn't clear. You don't run out of credits in timebanks. But good thought.
