@richiec Research and evaluation skills are absolutely important to UX design, but so is empathy.
UX design is not driven by data alone.

@DaveHogue Right…and the only way to get to empathy is healthy self doubt. Not an Oprah-like intuition. -
@richiec I'm not sure that self-doubt is the path to empathy (and I should not conflate empathy and intuition, my mistake) -
@davehogue I've often found that accepting the possibility that I could be wrong is the first step in developing empathy toward others. -
