@DaveHogue which brand? No louche or thin louche?
hey @JosephLabrecque, why does an #absinthe sometimes not louche? The same bottle has always become properly milky before, but not tonight.

@JosephLabrecque Vieux Carre, VERY thin louche. It's always behaved well in the past, and it's the same bottle, so not a batch issue. :\ -
@DaveHogue That's weird. VC usually has no problem louching. Perhaps try driiping the water more slowly and using colder water? -
@JosephLabrecque I may have gone faster than usual today, but there is no sediment in the bottle. My first thought was "damn city water!" -

@JosephLabrecque Sorry for the delay - I was drinking absinthe. I used the standard 3:1 ratio that I always use. I blame cosmic rays. :)
