@albertatrebla Yeah, the DCIM folder /should/ contain my photos and screenshots, right? But it's E.M.P.T.Y. & no access to other folders.

@DaveHogue something else to try, unlock your iPhone before plugging into USB. the files should be accessible. -
@albertatrebla I'll give the unlock before connecting USB method a try next time, but@Dropbox already saved my butt this evening. :) -

@DaveHogue you did check that you enabled invisible files, right? at times they are simply hidden. happened to me and it drove me crazy. -
@albertatrebla Um, show invisible files? You mean in Windows Explorer? Why would my photos even be invisible? LOL -
@DaveHogue heh, because windows can? and, yes, in windows explorer, but try the unlocking method too.
