@lhid Teaching software skills and teaching how to think critically are radically different. Software is ongoing learning as tech changes.

@DaveHogue I say guild system b/c many of us learned the Web on our own, not school. A formal system would be that, but more effective. -
@lhid The "no student left behind" concept has just resulted in teach facts and skills necessary to take tests - no teaching how to think. -
@DaveHogue You make a good point. I definitely advocate critical thinking, problem solving, theory, and principles. That's Design.
