@DaveHogue subtract red value. Hex 35ffff would be 350000 + 00FFFF. RGB: 53, 255, 255
If I have a known color that is derived from pure cyan, how do I find the color that was blended with the pure cyan to get the known color?

@AntonioHolguin You're subtracting red in this case because it is the inverse of cyan, right? -
@AntonioHolguin Hmm, it's close, but not exact. There must be something else they did for the final color or the initial color was not cyan.

@DaveHogue Did someone else buy your drink tonight for you...? You looking outside the CMYK spectrum that Photoshop works with? -
@ninavizz I'm looking at RGB - I just need a technique that allows me to work backward to identify what color was blended with another. :)

@DaveHogue Can’t you just clone the color in FW into a bitmap layer, then add hue property and remove all cyan? Haven’t tried this...Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
