Hey #adobefireworks users - can someone please explain to me how "save as copy" and "revert" are supposed to be used? How do they work? Thx!
@MichaelClawson Do I need to change the name of the file each time I save as a copy and FW just keeps track of the version sequence?

@DaveHogue … it would revert to last save in copy 2) -
@MichaelClawson Have you used this in FW lately? Does it work as expected (and as described)? I get an "Overwrite?" warning w/ same filename -
@DaveHogue Which Save As or Revert? -
@MichaelClawson Yes. Both. ;) -
@DaveHogue Hmm. No issues for me on Mac. But, remember FW is not Coco. Most Mac apps don't have Save As anymore due to new OS. -
@MichaelClawson Well then, that's of no help. ;) Thanks for the explanation though - I'll keep experimenting. -
@DaveHogue No problem. I think revert should work the same as I explained on Mac or Windows without asking to over-write file.

@DaveHogue Yes and no. SAC creates new file. Revert, goes back to last save of current file. So, if you had copy 1) 2) but revert in 2) . .Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
