hey @fwextensions, how does Smart Punch work on bitmaps? Possible to get the same result through "standard" FW actions? or only by command?

@DaveHogue I think it's just union paths, then convert path to marquee and then delete.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@fwextensions union only works on two vectors; if I punch a bitmap with a vector with Smart Punch I get a "hole", but don't know how.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@DaveHogue I meant if you had multiple vectors selected, it does a union. Then convert to marquee, save it, select bitmap, apply selection.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@fwextensions how do you save a marquee after it has been created from a vector object (select vector > convert to marquee > save how?)2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@DaveHogue I think under the select menu. Save bitmap selection, or something. Not in front of a computer tight now.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@fwextensions ah, sorry to bother you. No worries - I'm trying to re-create the process - I cannot replicate it in a few use cases. :\1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@fwextensions Wha!?! Look at the code? I'd rather study Latin. LOL I think it might just be convert vector to marquee then cut.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -
