I need input from my tweeps: Refer to everyone as "users", or focus on their choice to use the product and call them "customers"? This goes to print in 27 days. I'd appreciate any pros and cons for either.

I have been on a personal crusade against the term "users" for many years. I call them "people" unless they are paying for a product or service, then I call them "customers."
