90 minutes trying to get a refund from @amazon support for 34 light fixtures they didn’t ship to me.
10 minutes with @AmericanExpress Platinum customer service to do a chargeback.
I always start with a stop payment on the credit card - that provides motivation for the retailer to respond. :)

The best part is that they marked it as “delivered” in the app, but when I called customer service they told me it hadn’t even been shipped yet.
