I really, really wish that tech people would stop "hacking psychology" for their products. They are not "hacking" people - this is not coding. My concern is that "hacking" puts machines before humans. It's also a slippery slope in ethics - small things for good might also be small things for bad, and framing these as technology discussions makes it easier to accept or overlook malice.
