It’s always the user’s fault. Even if the fields the didn’t fill out are literally hidden behind another button that doesn’t look clickable anyway.pic.twitter.com/5rwddRrzxb
Every time you form fails, make the user fill in part or all of it again.
Type card number. Tab or click to expiry date, page flies to the top to yell at you.
This is not how you validate forms, @SixtUK https://www.uxmatters.com/mt/archives/2012/09/mobile-inline-form-validation.php …pic.twitter.com/UfYgaLNb7u

We probably both have massive libraries of photos and screenshots of bad design. We see something bad and say, "Oh, I could use this in presentations!" then save it. Now too many to sort through, and always finding more and worse examples...
Yeah, I no longer even bother to save them. So easy to get a new terrible example when I need one. Totally serious, and so, so sad now that you bring it up.
I still save some, but much more selectively, because it's hard to find specific kinds of examples on demand. And I have few things I just always take photos of (e.g., parking garage payment kiosks!)
Hi both, just to let you know, I am currently in contact with our development team who are looking into this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I'd be happy to give you a free upgrade for your next rental as a sign of gratitude.
