I had to reset my phone that had Google Auth setup. Setting up my phone again and I can't login to Google play store etc because it asks for @Google Auth codes which can't be accessed. I can't take off 2FA on my account without the codes either...any help ?

I already did the form thing to get Google to "unlock" my account but it's not locked. I know my password. I just can't make any changes without the 2FA codes. I still have my phone which they can send 2FA codes to but that's not even an option.
