I think what they’re saying is that those committing crimes know they’re likely going to get off easy if caught (due to zero bail) so they take the risk and commit the crime. But that’s all presumptive, IMO.

As the DA looked into camera and demanded the Governor do his job,she should’ve turned to look at Chief and said the same to him.After all, he’s accountable for officers he publicly admitted look the other way when they see a car full of gangsters because they get paid the same.
