If they are also paid salary, they can just leave the office vote and come back to the office. Their pay rate for the day doesn’t change. Because they left for a few hours.
Exactly the only thing I could see if them adding 4 hours to their vacation time but I believe Goldman’s has unlimited vacation so I don’t even think that would happen.
