Probably because the tiny percentage of Americans at the top has spent a vast amount of their accrued time and resources to convince the rest of us that we can have the same thing when it’s patently untrue, and they are doggedly working to make sure it stays that way.

You should try both because you never know who might be at the top and listening. Trump has to keep reversing his dumb things after our Congressional delegation calls. At least his worst ideas about FEMA. He's so devious he never stops though.
