It’s time to apply a little libertarian logic to the counter argument. Do you want people who have no vested interest in your job voting for how you are paid? If the ballot measure passes it opens Pandora’s Box for any private industry to legislate their own rules in CA.

Uber & Lyft are also basing their “polling” on in-app messages to drivers who have to basically select “Yes on Prop 22” before they can use the app to do rides.
