Yeah I bought a new home about 4 years ago and the exact same home sold with way less upgrades for nearly 100k over what I paid. Same street.

I bought one of the new homes that they started building in the sunnyside area about 5 years ago, everyone made fun of me because it was “so far away” now a new development from the same builders is going up a block away, exact same house as mine, for $60k more.
