For context, I live maybe 10 minutes from here and my mortgage for a 4 bedroom is less than half what they are charging and the neighborhood they’re actually building this in is so inappropriate. I’ve never seen gentrification this fast. Rent in the same area was like $600.

Cost of living is going up around here but still nowhere near as bad as the west coast. However I'm about to get 4" of snow in the next 24 hours so that's the other side of the coin.
