Yea and I’m not sure how much you know about Fresno but this is just the most ridiculous pricing I’ve ever seen.

I lived in LA for awhile. Part of why I'm back in Minneapolis is because those prices are 2.5 x a mortgage over here haha

Not too familiar with Fresno but I did live in LA for a bit and that's still about double the rent if not more of a 1br apartment in the valley. At least at the time.
