They don’t even fall under the ACA because of their designation regardless of how many hours we worked. They get around it by saying they’re a tech company that builds software not a delivery company. If we just had a sustainable job market this wouldn’t be an issue.

Like yea it would be lit if I could do that for all my employees and not have to pay any taxes on them either but that’s how we pay for unemployment etc...
