They are both awful candidates. Not to say Biden is better but La Riva's international stances are super problematic and Howie, well tbh the Green Party strategy is just trash and I cant abide bad strategy. But La Riva and Hawkins are on the same level of weak

I get it and I was strong on the DSA train until I saw a lot of issues from folks that are DSA members that turned me off.

Exactly. Tbh the federal elections are pretty incidental to the mass movements on the ground that push presidents one way or the other. City council, state leg, these are winnable races & arguably way more important. The fact the Greens ignore this speaks volumes to me

Which, I would like to point out, is exactly what DSA focused on. Partly because some are able to piggy back off of an existing dem central committee. I don’t really know what the answer is besides this seems to end up as another pedantic argument that circumvents policy.
