If the GOP picked up ballots dropped at these 12 locations, and they delivered them to actual drop box, or the elect's office, the person scanning the ballot wouldn't know if they were handed to an unauthorized individ. I am assuming the back of the env would not be filled out
I guess my question is if they were legitimate ballots who cares? If this list was sent out and targeting dem voters I would have a much different tune but I am having a hard time with this exact situation because it does seem like a good-faith effort at ballot harvesting.
"Good Faith," no. It isn't difficult to look up the ballot harvesting rules and to follow them. Plenty of individuals involved at the GOP headquarters are, or should be, well-aware of ballot harvesting rules by now. They've sued Dems on them, and exercised it themselves for years
