%wise how much would we have to reduce the military budget to make sure every teacher in America was paid $100k/annual from the Federal government. I say fed govt for obvious reasons.

but they call those "socialist policies" its a terrible idea until you reap the benefits (see tax cuts), they dont have to be handouts, but provisions and merit based things, we talk about being the best country in the world, we are far from it and a lot of our faults are rearing
