I think that different ages are shaped differently by teachers. Preschool teachers and kindergarten teachers have the HUGest effect on learning style and ability and should get the most money. College professors deal with learners fully formed so shouldn't get paid nearly as much

Agree with Kindergarten. College professors, 75% of whom are adjunct faculty, are not well paid. Teachers at every stage of learning are important and deserve respect. There is enough to pay them all well. Don’t pit educators against each other.
