Looking at the voting turnout/trends from 08-present, this is a Republican state. I don’t really see anyway around it.

I still think it is... but Ohio is no longer a swing state for sure. Look at us house races in Florida 2012 vs 2018... then compare it to the margin Obama won Florida in 2012... it’s gonna be razor thin, but I think it’s still a swing state.
