This election cycle has been weird. The people who are literally in charge of making the laws and regulations are telling US to do something about what is happening.

We're always on our own here and always have been. The valley is well coordinated as a response and with area state assets. Trump has fucked up FEMA & CDC so we can't count on the feds for nothing.

I think back to LBJ asking civil rights leaders to “make him” do something. We aren’t organized enough to truly disrupt the status quo. So, while I agree 100%, there’s work to be done on the citizen/grassroots end.
