Never even considered living in North Fresno. Sunnyside is nice, and getting pretty diverse.
Super diverse. I hate the urban sprawl but love the people who are moving in over here.

I moved into one of the older neighborhoods (old enough that I wonder if the original deed has a provision about no non-white residents). It's funny, for a neighborhood that was almost certainly 100% white, back in the 60s into the 70s and probably into the 80s, at least.
