Pros: It's good because more people living in Tower means fewer people driving to Tower and clogging up the road. It also means more people regularly buying from local businesses because they live in the community. It also helps to keep housing prices lower. 1/2

Cons (with the Granville project): The design from what I saw, doesn't seem to match the neighborhood. It reminded me of suburbs, yet also The Crichton Place development downtown. :/ It's also just 16 units. I would have put quads in. (

Hi. I Live in Tower. And all I can give you is negatives because at the end of the day, those apartments aren't for the people living in Fresno: they are for the hypothetical rich folks fleeing big cities. So I guess its good if you like gentrification?
