Understanding how things work is actually fundamental to risk management also. The GOP have TOTALLY given up on science (the corporations they prefer understand it perfectly) & knowing the how & why of what happens. They'd have you believe everything is luck & random. @andyhs

The GOP has regressed to 1300's before Monks started studying science. lol. It's a BIZARRE regression. They are in their forts for the last stand or something. They aren't even rational. lol. It's a FREE country. And that means you don't have to agree wtih GOP. lol.
