I’ve always wondered why there wasn’t a transfer program from FCC to CSUFresno... opportunity to name it “from Rams to Dogs”

There is or at least used to be when I went! The minimum GPA for someone to transfer from one our CC to State was 2.0 as opposed to 2.5 and that was the intention. Not sure if this is still the case. IMO the communication is off, people don’t realize what services are available.

I just took my daughter up to Humboldt after 2 years at City. She had a great experience there and no loans were needed to pay for it.

I went straight to State. My mom paid with the deal: “Graduate in 4 years.” I was able to do it, but honestly... if I could have focused on general Ed year 1-2 i probably would have been focused year 3-4 at state. Changed majors 6 times. Only graduated because I had the units!

Community college educations aren’t taken seriously which is a shame because it’s the same material for SIGNIFICANTLY less.
