After watching that convention, do you feel like the party understands the severity of what people are going through right now? People are about to lose their homes or already have. No financial support in sight. It’s an echo chamber that is simply not listening.

Getting Trump/GOP out HAS to be the primary focus. Like medical triage. Or Maslow’s hierarchy. If Trump continues, there will never be food on the table. Ever. The GOP has been effective by keeping people vulnerable. Hence powerless. We are floundering.

I completely agree but this isn’t a message that turns people out whether we like it or not. It all goes back to the foundational assumption that the entire country is as mad as we are from what we see on social media and the news. I think this factor being overestimated.
