Jon, this is a really great idea. Especially if it’s locally sourced, organic produce and ingredients. Boost jobs, support municipal farms—great idea!!!
If this approach was taken it would also improve soil health, allow local farms to be viable again, and help stabilize our food supply chain. 10/10 would support.
