But would also require going through all three chambers, I want to see they can even do that. We also should be close to getting enough states to sign the pact saying all electoral goes to the pop vote winner then ratifying it across the country.
So if Dems take all three branches there will be no excuse that we don't get rid of the electoral college, enact universal mail-in voting, and give everyone over the age of 18 the right to vote....right?

There are a lot things they can get done, especially with a super majority. The thing that won't be easy is getting rid of the electoral college since that would require an amendment to the Constitution. But Trump has taught us there are creative ways around things.

I doubt the constitution will ever be amended again. Two thirds is states will never agree on anything.
